Quantity Discounts to apply across all sizes. For example, 2 Smalls, 2 Mediums, 2 Larges, currently wouldn't get discounted if the threshold was 5+ for a discount.

Cutomer SKU should be added to products at the store level, not the org level. You should be able to select a "master product" into a store then at the store level be able to customize it to you client's needs (add product photos with client logos, give a customer sku, etc...)
